No Cost Consultation 
Finding the right fit, someone you feel completely comfortable with or trust your family with, is crucial to the therapeutic process.  For this reason, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. I find that this gives us a good sense for one another, and allows us to learn about one another without pressure or obligation.  I encourage you to interview several therapists, and I hope that in the end you find yourself comfortable moving forward in your journey. And I hope to be fortunate enough that you will spend your time with me.

Rates and Insurance

Rates 

Jesyka Lueck, LMFT
Telehealth only
$250 per 50-minute session
$350 per 75-minute session (recommended for couples and families).


Insurance 
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Each month a superbill will be provided to you to submit to your insurance agency for out-of-network services.  The insurance company will then reimburse you directly.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 
Please cancel session 24 hours in advance.
